Black Ops: PS3 Is Going Down? and Killstreak Rewards

So we bring you two news in one.

The first news is to do with the Playstation 3 and Black Ops. As stated by computerandvideogames.com, it seems the PS3 isn’t really a favorite for the Call of Duty after all. It has been found in numerous place that the PS3 logo can not be found on hardly any of the new advertisements.

It was first spotted in Kerrang!, a UK music magazine, which was promoting an upcoming trailer (it is unknown if this will be a new one) for Black Ops during half time of the England vs Bulgaria match on ITV1 tomorrow. It has been found in other places, such as MCV, another UK title.

Rumors have gone about (yes, that quick) that Black Ops may have been partly funded by Microsoft, due to the recent scheme that all downloadble content will hit the Xbox 360 before the PS3, Wii and PC. Some silly rumors have gone about stating that the PS3, PC, DS and Wii release maybe dropped altogether, but that would be a very dumb move. Nobody knows what may come of this, but it seems Activision/Treyarch have some explaining to do.

In the second piece of news, KILLSTREAK REWARDS! Yes. The offical list of the first 16 Killstreak Rewards have finally been announced. Check them out below:

  • 3 – RCXD
  • 4 – Counter Spy Plane
  • 4 – SAM Turret
  • 5 – Care Package
  • 5 – ARC Angel
  • 5 – Napalm Strike
  • 6 – Sentry Gun
  • 6 – Mortar Team
  • 7 – Attack Helicopter
  • 7 – Valkyrie Rockets
  • 8 – Blackbird
  • 8 – Rolling Thunder
  • 9 – Chopper Gunner
  • 11 – Attack Dogs
  • 11 – Gunship
Seem interesting? Well let’s wait and see what the final 9-14 killstreaks have to offer when revealed.

    I`ll be getting Black Ops for the 360 but won`t be pre-ordering this though as i`ll be busy playing the special edition of fable 3 instead!!!! This can wait until it`s` in the bargain bucket or may put it on my xmas list for my mum to get :D
